This Payment Terms policy explains how payments are processed for orders placed on the Lightning Energy website.
Accepted Payment Methods
Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay, supporting major cards, net banking, UPI and other methods as made available at checkout. We do not store your full card or bank account details on our servers.
Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully authorised by the payment gateway. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
Currency
All prices are listed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR).
Failed or Pending Payments
If a payment fails or remains pending, the order will not be processed until payment is successfully completed. Please contact your bank or payment provider if a payment appears to have been deducted without order confirmation, and reach out to us with your transaction reference so we can investigate.
EMI and Financing
Where EMI or financing options are indicated as available on a product page, terms are set by the relevant financing partner and are subject to their eligibility criteria, not Lightning Energy’s.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions, the courts at the location of Lightning Energy’s registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this policy.
