Employee and visitor charging that fits the working day.
Workplace charging sits in an interesting middle ground between home and public charging: vehicles are typically parked for several hours during the working day, which is enough time for a meaningful top-up on AC hardware without needing the speed (or cost) of DC fast charging. This makes workplaces a good fit for our 7.4–22 kW AC range, sized to the number of bays and the building’s available electrical capacity.
For offices with a handful of interested employees, a small number of chargers with simple free-vend access may be enough to start. Larger campuses and business parks with many employees or visitor charging needs usually benefit from networked chargers with app or RFID-based access, so facilities teams can see utilisation and, where relevant, manage cost recovery.
As with any commercial site, the right starting point depends on your building’s electrical capacity, expected demand, and whether charging is offered as an employee benefit or a paid service. We recommend starting with a short conversation about your parking layout and expected usage before committing to a specific number of bays.
